Why hasn't my Advent Calendar been delivered?

The Advent Calendars will begin being dispatched from the week commencing the 12th of November with a view to having them arrive mid-late November. Those going to WA & the NT will be dispatched first as they will take the longest to reach their destination followed by VIC, SA, QLD & NSW. We ship the Advent Calendars via Australia Post. You will receive an email with tracking details when your Advent Calendar is dispatched. Our average delivery times can be found here.

Please check the tracking using the Australia Post website prior to getting in contact with us. The tracking number should have been received as an email from Australia Post. If it is getting close to December 1 and you still haven't received your Advent Calender, contact us via the link below and we'll follow it up with Australia Post for you with a view to getting it delivered asap.
